Priscilla Lugo is the Policy & Communications Manager of the Texas Immigration Law Council. Priscilla is from the border in South Texas and is dedicated to fighting for her community and building systems to protect the rights of immigrants. Priscilla is a Justice Advocate Coordinator at LatinoJustice where she works on immigration policy issues and is piloting an immigration court watch program in Laredo, Texas. She has her BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs.
