Eva Sikes

Economic Justice Managing Attorney

Eva Sikes is an Economic Justice Managing Attorney at the Texas Immigration Law Council. Eva began her legal career as an Equal Justice Works Fellow focused on preserving intergenerational wealth for low-income and immigrant families on the Texas-Mexico border. She is a member of the Council for the Consumer and Commercial Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Prior to joining Texas Immigration Law Council, Eva was a Staff Attorney at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, representing rural Texans to defend against evictions and foreclosures, challenging predatory lending, as well as practical estate planning for multigenerational households. Eva received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
