Launched in late 2023, we're building a powerful coalition of legal service providers, community advocates, and local organizations to address the critical shortage of immigration legal services and advocacy in what has historically been a “legal desert.” Led by staff from the Panhandle working alongside local advocates, service providers, and community leaders, this initiative represents genuine community-driven change. Through coordinated advocacy, regular collaboration, and innovative service delivery, we're creating a sustainable network of support that works toward a better future for immigrant families in the Panhandle.
By joining the Panhandle Project coalition, you'll:
- Connect with other dedicated professionals and organizations
- Participate in monthly coalition meetings to share insights and resources
- Help shape the future of immigration legal services and advocacy in our region
- Access training opportunities and collaborative support
- Be part of creating lasting change in the Panhandle
Whether you're a legal service provider, community organization, or local leader interested in immigrant justice, we invite you to join us in building a stronger, more inclusive Panhandle.
