Parole In Place

A lawsuit was filed against this new Parole in Place program on August 23, 2024 and an administrative stay was issued on August 26, 2024 that halted the federal government from approving applications. However, as of August 27, individuals can continue to submit their applications to USCIS. The Texas Immigration Law Council will continue to monitor the case and will update if this changes.
